cellular stress markers. Great! Just great!

Is maltodextrin safe?
Maltodextrin
is deemed safe by the FDA, but researchers found that during the
digestive process it causes gut bacteria to adhere to the layers of
cells that line the intestines – a characteristic of irritable bowel
syndrome (IBD). It also elevates blood sugar.
Read your food labels: watch out for maltodextrin
